Shipping Methods

We currently ship to the UK, and across the world.

We use either Royalmail or a Hermes courier to ship our orders, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for delivery to Europe and 7-10 days for delivery for countries outside of Europe.

For our handmade items we have a lead time of 4 weeks for an order to be processed (excluding delivery time). We endeavour to ship your items as soon as they are ready.

Postage Rate - this is a flat rate per order. 

Returns & Exchanges

CLOTHING COLLECTION

All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged condition. We currently have a 14 days return policy. At the moment we are unable to cover the cost of returns but strongly recommend all items are returned via the Royal Mail tracked and signed for service, if you chose not to use this service we cannot be held accountable for any loses.. We aim to issue your refund as soon as the items are returned to us it then may take a few days for your bank to recognise the refund.

Sale Items are non-refundable.

KNITWEAR

We will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, we do not offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on our part.
