Shipping Methods

I currently ship to the UK, and across the world.

I user Royal mail ship my orders, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for delivery to Europe and 7-10 days for delivery for countries outside of Europe. Please note that dispatch times can be 7 -14 days but I will do my absolute best to get it to you as soon as possible.

For my handmade items we have a lead time of 4 weeks for an order to be processed (excluding delivery time). I endeavour to ship your items as soon as they are ready.

I am not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged upon delivery to non- UK destinations

Postage Rate - this is a flat rate per order. 

Returns & Exchanges

THE CLOTHING COLLECTION

All Clothes must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged, resell-able condition. Items that smell of Febreeze or Fabric conditioner will not be refunded. There is currently a 14 days return policy. At the moment I’m unable to cover the cost of returns but strongly recommend all items are returned via the Royal Mail tracked service, if you chose not to use this service I cannot be held accountable for any loses. I aim to issue your refund as soon as the items are returned to me it then may take a few days for your bank to recognise the refund.

All Parcels must include your Name and Order number so that I am able to process your refund.

HAND KNITWEAR

I will happily refund any faulty items within 14 days of purchase that are unworn and in their original packaging. However with our items being handmade to order, I am unable to offer returns unless it is an obvious mistake made on my part.
